Kick off this fall season with some Disney-themed crafts! Whether you want something fun to do with all this indoor time or just want some cute decorations, these are great for the whole family.

Coco-Inspired Banners

What You’ll Need

●  Colorful paper

●  Scissors

●  Hole punch

●  Pencil

●  Glue

●  String

Steps

Note: We recommend having an adult help you, especially when using scissors

  1. Cut out 10-15 rectangles from the paper
  2. Trim 3 sides with the scissors. You could do scalloped edges, sharp triangles,fringe, or whatever you want!
  3. Using the hole punch, decorate the border

4. Sketch out your design in the middle, then cut out with scissors. Some ideas include: Coco’s guitar, flowers, leaves, stars, anything.

5. Add glue to the back of each piece and then attach to string


Tangled-Inspired Paper Lanterns

What You’ll Need

●  Paper (12×12)

●  Tacky glue

●  A thumbtack

●  Washi tape (for decoration)

●  Scissors

●  Battery operated candle

●  Pencil

●  Disney Tangled Golden Sun Template

● Cardboard

Steps

  1. Print out Disney Tangled Sun Template (see link). Cut out desired size you’d like on your candle.

2. Cut your paper in half. Feel free to use card stock or construction paper.

3.. Wrap the paper around your candle – you’ll want enough room so that it slips over easily.

4. Lightly trace the sun template on your paper.

5. Take your thumbtack and start going over your sun template tracing. We recommend doing this on top of a piece of cardboard.

6. Decorate the top and bottom with washi tape or other decorations of your choice.

7. Glue ends together – remember to leave enough room for your candle to fit through. Let dry for a few hours.
